The aim of yoga is to unite the mind, body, and spirit. This beautiful practice is described as a moving meditation where breath and body movements are in harmony with each other. It encourages us to be more present in the moment and to be aware of our body's posture, alignment, and patterns of movement. The benefits of yoga are numerous.

One of the most significant advantages is that it makes the body more flexible and helps us relax even in the midst of our day to day stress-filled environments. By practicing yoga, we stimulate the flow of energy throughout our body, delivering oxygen and energy to the internal organs, stimulating their healing potential.

 

Yogis believe that the mind and the body are one, and by giving them the right tools and taking them to the right environment, we can find harmony and heal ourselves. Yoga is, therefore, considered therapeutic and can help us achieve a sense of balance and calmness in our lives.
